William “Bill” Penn Frank (1905-1989) was a newspaper columnist, radio commentator, and helped found the Jewish Historical Society of Delaware. He spent much of his career at the Wilmington News Journal and radio station WILM. In this interview portion, Frank discusses his newspaper career and people he met through his work.
