Later Work: According to his obituary of June 18, 1998, "Mr. Biloon owned and operated Biloon Electric for 30 years, retiring in 1975. He served 23 years in the Army and the Delaware Army National Guard." It goes on to states that he "...was past commander of American Legion Lawrence Robert Post 21." and the Mr. Biloon was, "a member of the Delaware National Guard Association, 198th Coastal Artillery."
