The Jewish Historical Society of Delaware is saddened by the death of Joel Citron. Joel served as treasurer of the JHSD for several years. We valued his service to the board and to the preservation of the history of the Jewish community in Delaware.
Our deepest sympathy go to his wife, Barbara and family.
The JHSD is pleased to be presenting Remembering Dear Mollye and the Delaware Jewish Community’s GREATEST GENERATION at Temple Beth El on Sunday, April 30. May is Jewish American Heritage Month and we will start it off with a tribute to the World War II heroes from Delaware.
