Sallie Topkis Ginns (May 1880 - September 1976) was a leading suffragist, treasurer of the National Woman's Party, and active leader in many Delaware Jewish organizations. She was involved in the founding of the Young Men's and Women's Hebrew Association, Temple Beth Emeth, and was a founder and the first president of the Wilmington chapter of the National Council of Jewish Women. She was called "the most important Jewish woman in Delaware history" by the Jewish Federation of Delaware.
