Oral History

The Jewish Historical Society of Delaware holds a remarkable collection of oral history interviews and continues to collect recordings to document the stories and history of Delaware’s Jewish community.

Visit our Oral History Collections Exhibit to learn more about the interviews that have been conducted by members of the Jewish Historical Society of Delaware over the past 50 years.

We are continuing to encourage members and volunteers to conduct interviews with friends and family members in Delaware’s Jewish community.

Here are some guides to help you plan and create your own oral history interviews.

If your interview will be placed in the collection of the Jewish Historical Society of Delaware, please use this Release Form.
